As I always say that beautiful skin is also the result of a healthy diet, as well as a thorough skincare. Below are vitamins that are essential for having skin bright and look shiny.
VITAMIN C 
Some people know that vitamin C is also essential for the formation of collagen. That is important constituent of the skin that gives it structure and keeps it elastic. A diet low in vitamin C makes the skin more hard and dry, and cause the appearance of dark spots. 
You can find vitamin C in the following foods: citrus fruits, strawberries, black currants, dark leafy vegetables (broccoli, watercress, spinach, cabbage), tomatoes and potatoes. 

VITAMIN A 
Participates in the process of cell turnover, favoring the separation from the epidermis of dead cells and replacing them with new fabrics. 
Found in: animal liver and cod liver oil, eggs and dairy products; in the yellow-orange fruits and vegetables and some green leaf vegetables (lettuce, asparagus, broccoli).
The importance of zinc for the assimilation of vitamin A 
Vitamin A is released from the liver, where it is stored only in the presence of zinc. It’s been observed in people suffering from acne that a zinc deficiency in vitamin A. The two substances are synergistic. To be safe and do not miss the zinc in the diet which is important to eat wheat and oats, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds, seafood, eggs and possibly supplement your diet with brewer's yeast and wheat germ.

VITAMIN E 
A powerful antioxidant is called "vitamin of youth". And include in many anti-aging creams and cosmetics. So its action is effective against free radicals. 
Found in: olive oil and other vegetable oils (peanut, sunflower, wheat germ), whole wheat and nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts).

Vitamin H 
Also known as biotin, is particularly useful in the treatment of dermatitis caused by excessive sebum production, with desquamation of the skin. A deficiency of this vitamin causes eczema, flaking and redness. 
Found in: yeast, calf's liver, egg yolk, cow's milk and cheese, nuts, wheat, brown rice, lentils, peas, carrots, lettuce, cauliflower, mushrooms.

VITAMIN D 
Group several substances belonging to the family of bioflavonoidThese are natural compounds that play an effective protective action against the blood vessel. It's just counteracting the permeability and capillary fragility that vitamin D are valuable to ensure the best nourishment to the skin and keep it toned. Helps prevent rosacea. 
Found in: citrus, grapes, plums, apricots, buckwheat, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, black currants.
