Homemade Body Scrub

I think it’s must be good, if we are beautiful without spending like creating cosmetic treatments with the simple ingredients that we have at home. It can be a fun and safe of using natural products. The body scrub is the simplest thing that we can do. It takes very few and you will be amazed by ingredient final result!
The scrub or exfoliation, it should be done at least once a week and helps to facilitate the replacement of the skin, removing dead cells and thereby giving the body a new softness and radiance. It should do on a regular basis especially in the summer. The skin will be ready for the tan better and more durable. It also serves to prevent ingrown hairs spicevole situation post-shave because removing the top layer of skin, hairs under the skin remained magically come out in the open!

So here's the way:

Take a bowl and pour the sugar. Then, pour olive oil or sweet almond and add a teaspoon or two of honey. If you want a scented scrub, you can add a few drops of essential oil to your liking.
The scrub should not be too liquid nor too dry, a middle ground. Mix everything together, and when you're immersed in the bath or shower, please make the skin wet. Massage in circular motions all over the body. And you will feel your soft skin!
